Excellent piece! Can you plz share more examples of the “ I forgot about my own lecture about selling in healthcare - the customer in most of these scenarios is risk-averse and cares more about predictability than effectiveness.”?

Both firms stretch the truth on numbers, savings, and even utilization. Telemedicine will have a place, but rashes and sore throats are a tiny part of health dollars.

"The margins are too thin" mantra is based off dated conventional wisdom that's now wayyyyy too dogmatically ingrained into money side thinking.

So many exciting companies that shouldn't be funded according to that principle
